What is body conditioning and why would I want to do it?

Do you want to reduce your body fat and tone your body? If so, body conditioning is for you. This is a combination of strength and cardio exercises designed to raise your heart rate, burn fat, and build lean muscle.

This brand new, 10 day, online course starts Monday 15th November. There will be 15 minute daily workouts with both live and on demand options available. We will use weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to give you a full body workout from the comfort of your own home.

Can't make the lives or start on the 15th? No problem. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded for you to do in your own time.
