Face to face Pilates is back!

Face to face Pilates is returning to Upton-by-Chester Pavilion.

I am so excited to be bringing this class back.

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes*.

Regular pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Pilates can complement training by developing whole-body strength and flexibility, and help reduce the risk of injury.

*This class may not be suitable for those with long term or chronic conditions.

Join me on the following dates:

Tuesday 25th October 7-8pm, Thursday 17th November 7-8pm, Thursday 15th December.
