Who are your mentors?

Who are your mentors?

Who are your mentors?

It is very important to surround yourself with people who inspire and support you. If you have dreams and ambitions, the people around you will either help make them a reality or hold you back from achieving them.

These don’t necessarily need to be people you actually know. It could also include people you follow on social media or the authors you read. Chose wisely!

If you are on a weight loss journey, surround yourself with people who encourage you. Having somebody who is unmotivated trying to derail you is not acceptable.

If you want to set up your own business or side hustle, having lazy or un-driven people around you is going to sap your motivation.

I am very fortunate to have found lots of individuals who inspire and motivate me. These ladies are just some of them.

Rachel Holmes is my business coach and mentor. Her daily business briefings help inspire and motivate me to drive my business forwards. My business would not be where it is now without her help and guidance.

Lindsay Rocke is an amazing life coach. She helped me peal back the layers to work out what my life purpose is. It was quite an emotional journey but it has had a profound effect on me and the way I choose to live my life.

Gemma Cartwright is an absolute power house! She is one of the most motivational people I have ever come across. She is inspiring me to embrace who I am and what I want to do with my life.

I also have some amazing friends and clients who inspire me every day.

I’d encourage you to take some time over the next few days to really think about who you are spending your time with and whose energy is impacting you.

Ditch the mood hoovers (you know exactly the type of person I’m talking about).

Unfollow toxic or negative people.

Surround yourself with people who uplift you and make you the person you want to be.
