Pilates Retreat

Join me in Fuerteventura for my first ever fitness retreat.

What to expect:
  • Daily Pilates sessions with me.
  • Top quality hotel accommodation - single or twin rooms available.
  • Amazing food - the resort has some of the best food I have eaten. All tastes and dietary requirements are accommodated.
  • Incredible venue - Playitas resort is a world class fitness resort. As well as my Pilates class, you will also have access to the resorts own classes and activities.

If you want the personal training experience without the cost then this is for you.

Small group personal training is held at my private gym in Upton, Chester with a maximum of 6 people per session.

Any spaces will be advertised at the end of each month for the following month.

The 20 Minute Membership

The 20 minute membership is designed for women who struggle to fit regular exercise into their day. Whether you are a busy mum, you work irregular or long hours, or you just want to work out from the comfort of your own home, this is the membership for you.

The on demand library contains challenges and stand alone classes - all 20 minutes long - which you can do at a time and place to suit you.
